Pay Your Bill

Online Bill Pay & Insurance Options

The BridgeWay accepts most major, private and government-issued insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicaid Expansion, Medicare, TRICARE, Arkansas Works, Arkansas Total Care, Empower Healthcare Solutions and Summit Community Care. Our financial counseling team will work with each patient’s insurance company to discuss available benefits. Out-of-network plans may also be accepted on a case-by-case basis, however, it is the ultimate responsibility of the patient to cover all fees associated with treatment and length of stay, including applicable co-pays and deductibles.

The BridgeWay has a wide range of payment options and financial arrangements can be made with our financial counseling department prior to or upon arrival. Prior to admission, we advise prospective patients to contact their health insurance company to review applicable benefits. The BridgeWay will assist patients with verifying and filing for health insurance benefits, however payment of claims will depend on the coverage provided by the agency.

For more information about the cost of your or your loved one’s care, contact our financial counseling department at 800-245-0011. The financial counseling department is available Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
