September is Suicide Awareness Month. During this difficult time, we applaud our team members for continuing to inspire a sense of hope and community in our patients and each other. Today we hear from Susan, a member of our business development team.
Hope means there is always a reason to look forward to the future. For me, hope comes from my faith that God is greater than we can imagine, more powerful than we can imagine and that anything is possible through Him. I cultivate hope by staying grounded in my faith, focusing on the many great things we have in our lives, and knowing that there are many more to come. My community is made up of my family and close friends. With my family, we stay in touch by phone, text, zoom, email, and seeing each other face-to-face as much as possible. With our friends, we have been able to stay in touch by phone, texting, and zoom and the rare times we see each other face-to-face.
