Dr. Jarvis received his medical degree and completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. During his residency at UAMS, Dr. Jarvis served as the chief resident. He earned his BA in psychology and music from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. He is board certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He joined The BridgeWay in 2002 and was promoted to Medical Director in January 2019.

Dr. Schay received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2005 and completed his psychiatry residency at the UAMS in 2009 when he also joined The BridgeWay. He is also board certified in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine.

Dr. Palmer completed his undergraduate education at St. Louis University with a degree in psychology and earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he also completed his Psychiatry residency and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship. He is board certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He joined The BridgeWay in 2005 and was promoted to Medical Director of Children and Adolescent Psychiatry in 2007.
